What is Dragon Capital Hong Kong, and what do you offer?
Dragon Capital Hong Kong (Dragon Capital (Hong Kong) Limited) is a Hong Kong professional advisory firm founded in 2014. Core practices: Consulting; ESG & Governance; Finance／Listing. We deliver through G-M-V (Governance–Measurement–Value Conversion)—executable, measurable outcomes the client owns.
How should disclosure cadence be aligned?
Put ESG／climate disclosure on the same calendar as annual／interim reporting and financing／loan timelines: one data cut-off and assumption version, with ownership on the board or management calendar. Our report and governance packs on the Services page are built around reusable data flows and approval checkpoints.
What project shapes are typical?
Typical shapes: board-ready ESG reporting pack; board governance briefing pack; Pre-IPO readiness gap map; executive workshop (about 1.5–2 hours); sustainable financing narrative pack. We do not publish client names. Formal scope and fees follow written quotation and contract; regulated activities remain with the client’s licensed intermediaries.
What is G-M-V?
G-M-V is the framework from our Chief Advisor’s doctoral research: Governed (board／executive oversight, policy, accountability and traceable records); Measured (metrics, data boundary, checkable emissions and performance); Valued (converting ESG action into internally owned value such as risk, efficiency or financing). Order: govern, then measure, then value narrative.
What are the reference fees?
Public reference fees (HKD): full ESG report project $50,000–$100,000; consulting from $50,000; training／thematic workshop (about 1.5–2 hours) $2,000–$3,000 per person per session; speaking by case; community／ESG event planning from $8,000. Actual quotes depend on scope, sector and data readiness, and are confirmed in writing.

How do you describe Asia expansion?
Hong Kong is the centre of operations. Over the medium to long term we observe and assess cooperation or project opportunities in Japan and Laos—this is not a commitment to open offices or hold local licences. Do you publish client names or testimonials?
No. We do not list client names or publish client testimonials or fabricated reviews. Verifiable materials include the company brochure, ESG programme PDF, press citations (not client endorsements) and public Insights articles.
